How It Works

1. Click “Log in for your credits” and create a free account.
2. Log in using your email address and password.
3. Your PIN code and current credit balance will be displayed immediately.

No credits yet? No problem:

4. Click “Top up”.
5. Choose the amount you wish to add (starting from €10).
6. Pay safely and quickly using one of the available payment methods:
   • Netherlands: Wero or PayPal
   • Belgium: Bancontact
   • United Kingdom: Visa, Mastercard or Wero
   • International: Apple Pay or Google Pay

Your credit account is now active and ready to use.

Call or Chat Instantly

Return to the consultant you wish to contact and choose Call or Chat.

Calling

1. Click “Call” and dial the phone number shown on your screen.
2. Press 2 to confirm you already know who you want to speak with.
3. Enter the box number to be connected immediately.

During the call:

• You will receive a notification when your credits are running low.
• You can top up your credits during the call via the website.

Chatting

1. Click “Chat” to start a conversation with your selected consultant.

During the chat:

• You can top up your credits at any time via the website.
• Your remaining credit balance is always clearly visible at the top of the page.

• Payments are processed securely via PayPal and Stripe, under strict supervision of American and Dutch authorities.
• We never have access to your payment information.
