- Choose the amount you wish to add (starting from €10).

Call or Chat Instantly
Return to the consultant you wish to contact and choose Call or Chat.
Calling
- Click “Call” and dial the phone number shown on your screen.
- Press 2 to confirm you already know who you want to speak with.
- Enter the box number to be connected immediately.
During the call:
- You will receive a notification when your credits are running low.
- You can top up your credits during the call via the website.
Chatting
- Click “Chat” to start a conversation with your selected consultant.
During the chat:
- You can top up your credits at any time via the website.
- Your remaining credit balance is always clearly visible at the top of the page.

What is the rate?
For a phone reading: 1 credit = $56.50 per minute.
Why do I need to enter a PIN code when I call?
When you call the credit system, you must identify yourself with your personal PIN code. You can find your PIN code in your account.
Can I buy more credits while calling?
Yes. When there are 5 minutes of credits remaining, you will receive a notification. You can purchase additional credits within those 5 minutes and continue your current call. If you do not use all your credit minutes, you can use them for another reading. Unused credits never expire.
Do I have to enter my PIN code every time I call?
No. You only need to enter your PIN code the first time you call. The system links your phone number to your PIN code. On future calls, you only need to enter the box number of the psychic you wish to consult.
